Regarding compliance with the RoHS Directive

All our plating is compliant! All plating and surface treatment conducted by our company comply with the RoHS Directive and REACH regulations. For example, in the past, there was a chromate treatment using hexavalent chromium to provide corrosion resistance on zinc plating and aluminum. However, the chromate coating, which is a chemical treatment using hexavalent chromium compounds, obviously cannot comply with the RoHS Directive because it contains hexavalent chromium compounds. As an alternative, we now use trivalent chromium chromate (trivalent chromium chemical treatment). The chemical treatment coating using trivalent chromium compounds does not contain hexavalent chromium compounds, as it is made from chromium hydroxide and trivalent chromium (trivalent chromium compounds). Furthermore, by generating a coating containing trivalent chromium compounds on the surface of zinc or aluminum, we can achieve high corrosion resistance.
